The project began with an in-depth Digital Strategy workshop. We conducted a thorough SEO audit to identify key pages and keywords from the existing website that were driving traffic.

We also created a customer empathy map and established clear objectives and key results (OKRs).
Among the primary goals were increasing showroom foot traffic, enhancing the brand’s perception as a leader in Scandinavian design, and promoting their interior design service, "The Studio," where customers can collaborate with Flow Lab to design their entire home.

To reflect Flow Lab's expansive showroom and sophisticated aesthetic, we crafted a visual website concept that emphasized large headers and ample whitespace, conveying the spaciousness of the physical store. The color palette combined soft beiges and grays, with a subtle pink accent to add warmth and style.
As the target audience often seeks inspiration, we made this a focal point on the website, using animations that create an immersive experience—inviting users in with dynamic visuals of furniture pieces gracefully entering the screen.
