During the discovery phase of the project we had an insight that a part of the recruitment process could be moved online. The candidates could orientate themselves within the main job categories, like logistics, construction and installation, but also locations and hours they are willing to work, before applying.

A virtual recruitment assistant was implemented with a questionnaire that picks the best suited jobs for the respondent, and also allows them to further filter the findings.

One of our favorite challenges to resolve as a branding & design agency is translating an offline brand into a full-fledged digital brand. Especially when we get to work with a limited number of brand assets, for example, only a logo and a color palette.
